How much will it cost to host an event?
The total cost of an event depends on the event space, number of guests, and what package is chosen.
Is a deposit required to reserve the event space?

Yes. A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves the space and date for your event.

When do I have to give you final numbers?

Final numbers are required 2 weeks prior to your event at the 2-week out meeting. Take a look at Our Process for additional information about how everything works.

When will my final payment be due?
Final payment is due 2-weeks prior to the event.
When can I reserve a date for my event?
Events may be booked one year in advance. Popular dates book quickly, so the sooner you book The Diamond Room the better.
What happens if I need to cancel my event date after it is reserved?
A written notice of cancellation is required. Remember, you will not receive your deposit back.
What can I expect once I book my event? Whom do I contact if I have questions?

What time can I begin to set up for my event?
Room rental is from 9am until midnight the day of the event.
Will the Diamond Room provide staffing on the day of my event?
Yes, serving staff and bartender are included in your room rental.
Does the Diamond Room offer Audio Visual services?

Absolutely! Our space has a microphone and auxiliary sound capabilities

Are we able to use an outside caterer for our event?

No, We provide on-site catering by Simply Delicious Catering.

May I serve alcohol at my event?
Yes, but only alcohol provided by the Diamond Room. Outside alcohol is not allowed.
Does the Diamond Room provide tables, chairs, service ware, and linens?

Yes, we provide, tables, chairs, china, and in-house black linens. We can provide a variety of decor for your wedding or event. To find out more, visit our Room Info page.
