Yes. Your Diamond Room contact will send you a facility contract with a deposit requirement to reserve space on a preferred date.
Final numbers are required 2 weeks prior to your event at the 2-week out meeting. Take a look at Our Process for additional information about how everything works.
Final payment is due 2-weeks prior to the event.
Events may be booked one year in advance. Popular dates book quickly, so the sooner you book The Diamond Room the better.
You must speak with Chef Patty and give her written notice of the cancellation.

Room rental is from 9am until midnight the day of the event.
Yes, serving staff and bartender are included in your room rental.
Absolutely! Our space has microphone, projector, and auxiliary sound capabilities
Yes, but only alcohol provided by the Diamond Room. Outside alcohol is not allowed.
