Here’s How it Works
No matter the event, our process to create the ultimate menu is the same. Each event is different, so why have the same menu? Every menu item is tailored to your specifications and liking, all while keeping within your budget.
Brainstorming Session: 30 minute sit down with Chef Patty to discuss menu items, budget, types of food you are interested in, as well as any food you do not like, and any dietary restrictions. This will help shape and create your wedding or event menu.
Tasting: This is probably everyone’s favorite! A complimentary tasting for up to 6 people to try your previous selections from the brainstorming session. At the end of the tasting, Chef Patty will discuss your meal and make any changes to fit your taste.
Contract: It’s time to sign on the dotted line.
2 Weeks Before Your Date: At this time, we will need your finalized guest count, timeline of your event, and final payment.
Chef Patty takes great care of each and everyone one of our clients. She works with any wedding budget, making your event not only affordable, but also memorable.
